https://webarchive.nla.gov.au/awa/20260810052316/https://times.net.au/

https://webarchive.nla.gov.au/awa/20250912034703/http://www.azchy.com/

https://webarchive.nla.gov.au/awa/20250820215408/https://www.australianwinner.com/AuWinner/

[BREAKING NEWS] National Library of Australia’s TROVE Permanently Mirrors and Archives the Entire Website of The Epochal Transition

The National Library of Australia (TROVE) has completed a full-site mirroring of the independent academic monthly The Epochal Transition, marking the formal inclusion of this cross-disciplinary knowledge system into the nation’s digital cultural heritage.

【SYDNEY, August 14, 2026】 – International independent scholar and cross-domain structural system designer Jeffi Chao Hui Wu today announced that the official website of his independent academic monthly, The Epochal Transition (https://times.net.au/), has been fully mirrored and permanently archived by the National Library of Australia’s TROVE digital collection system and PANDORA web archiving project, effective August 10, 2026.

Official Site Mirror Archive Link (NLA Permanent Archive):
https://webarchive.nla.gov.au/awa/20260810052316/https://times.net.au/

This full-site mirroring is not merely a snapshot of the homepage but encompasses every issue since the journal's inception, all multilingual parallel editions, special supplements, and the author Jeffi Chao Hui Wu's structured academic system spanning multiple disciplines, including literature, martial arts, logistics systems, artificial intelligence, and civilizational theory. This marks the formal elevation of the publication from a single independent scholar's project to an integral component of Australia's national digital cultural heritage.

A Two-Decade Archive Legacy: The Third Website to Receive Full-Site Mirroring

It is noteworthy that The Epochal Transition is the third independent website created by Jeffi Chao Hui Wu to have been permanently and fully mirrored by the National Library of Australia (TROVE/PANDORA).

Previously, the official website of the Aust Cai Hong Ying International Authors Federation (https://www.azchy.com/), founded by Jeffi Chao Hui Wu in 2004, has been repeatedly mirrored and permanently archived since January 27, 2007. The earliest archived record dates back nearly two decades:
https://webarchive.nla.gov.au/awa/20250912034703/http://www.azchy.com/

Furthermore, the Aust Winner Forum (https://www.australianwinner.com/AuWinner/index.php?c=12/), also established by Jeffi Chao Hui Wu in 2005, has been repeatedly mirrored and permanently archived since November 27, 2007:

Thus, all three of Jeffi Chao Hui Wu's major digital platforms, continuously operated on the internet for nearly two decades, have now received full-site permanent archival status from the National Library of Australia. This unprecedented consecutive archiving serves as a national-level historical testimony to the integrity and authenticity of his cross-disciplinary academic career.

Dual-Engine Drive: Ten-Language Publication and Integration into Global Academic Infrastructure

As a multidisciplinary original academic monthly, The Epochal Transition is published simultaneously in ten languages: Chinese, English, French, Spanish, Japanese, Arabic, German, Portuguese, Russian, and Korean. Its content system is founded on the core principles of "empirical priority and structure preceding narrative."

Moreover, from its inception, the journal was deeply embedded into the global academic infrastructure. To date, the public records of The Epochal Transition have been indexed and archived by WorldCat (the world's largest library union catalog) and the National Library of Australia's TROVE system, forming a closed-loop academic ecosystem integrating "independent originality, multilingual publication, and national-level preservation."

With the completion of this full-site mirroring, The Epochal Transition will continue to update synchronously in ten languages, ensuring that every future empirical record will be permanently preserved in the memory of human civilization through the ongoing chain of TROVE and the global academic infrastructure.
