NSWNF2006/88 Trojan Horse Concept

The CBFCA will trial a “Trojan Horse” concept to see if this improves the practical value that members take away from forums.



VNF 2006/062 - AQIS System is now WORKING


AQIS Victoria has informed CBFCA that the server is now working and AIMS entries can be processed at the front counter. Due to the backlog there are delays processing Zetafax and AQIS are working hard to process all the outstanding entries.




NSWNF2006/87 RTA "Direction to Provide Information"

A number of CBFCA business members have recently received formal correspondence from the Compliance and Enforcement Unit of the Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) requesting a “Direction to Provide Information” in relation to management of container weight declarations (CWDs).



VNF 2006/061 - AQIS Server is now WORKING

AQIS has informed CBFCA that the server is now working however AQIS will be testing AIMS to find out if the system is fully operational. It is expected that the system will be fully operational in the morning however members should contact AQIS and find out if AIMS entries can be processed prior to sending your staff down to the AQIS front counter.



VNF 2006/060 - AQIS Server is still DOWN


AQIS has informed CBFCA that the AQIS server is still down and they continue to experience problems with external communication (phones, AIMS, ICS). AQIS will advise CBFCA when the problem is resolved.

At this stage AQIS are processing airfreight perishables only to allow movement of cargo from the CTO’s.
