漢中科教扶貧服務社是由江蘇和陝西退休教師幹部發起，為救助失學青少年和普及農村職業技術教育，在秦巴山區開展科教扶貧活動，於2005年11月籌建，得到上海天津北京海內外朋友支持。
宗旨：主張物質救助與智力扶持相結合，“東西連手城鄉互助企校合作正規與非正規教育並舉”，募捐圖書衣物開展“1助1”結對助學，推動新型半工半讀教育試點總結經驗不斷發展，籌建千鄉萬村閱覽室形成農村科技文化學習社區，通過救助失學青少年和普及職業技術教育，促成農村自主經濟互助合作實現集約化規模化生產，加快生態農林資源開發走向繁榮家鄉共同富裕道路。我們願與所有政府部門學術研究機關和社會企事業公益組織或項目竭誠合作!
主要項目：1、1助1結對助學；2、募集圖書雜誌建鄉鎮圖書館村閱覽室；3、募捐衣物籌建鄉村愛心超市；4、建中國科教扶貧網，通過互聯網面向農村開展科技諮詢培訓，建立城鄉“供產銷”平台為開發生態農林資源服務。

The introduction to Hanzhong Science and Education Poverty-Alleviation Agency
Hanzhong Science and Education Poverty-Alleviation Agency is launched by retired teachers and cadres from Jiangsu and Shaanxi Provinces on November in 2005,which aims at helping out-of-school teenagers ,universalizing rural vocational and technical education ,mainly covering Qinba Mountain area.Our agency has gained supports from Shanghai,Tianjing,Beijing and abroad.
Purpose:
1.Combine material aid and intelligence support
2.Practice both formal and informal education by the co-operation of corporations from East to West and from urban to rural
3.Apply book and clothing donation and the "one to one" assistance style
4.To promote a new kind of work-study program education, build thousands of reading rooms in the rural and form a village community of science ,technology and culture.
5. Speed up the exploitation of ecological agriculture and forestry resources and make our hometown on the road to common prosperity,by helping out-of-school youth and propagating vocational and technical education,to develop the independent of co-operation of rural economy and realize intensive and large-scale production.
All in all, We are expecting heartedly to work together with all government departments,study research agencies,public organizations or projections from both enterprises and institutions.
Major projects :
1. "one to one" assistant study;
2. Establish rural libraries and reading rooms in towns with donated books and magzines ;
3. Build love-supermarkets in towns with the donation of clothing;
4. Set up network aiding for poverty alleviation of Chinese technology and education . Via the Internet, we will offer consultative training of technology in the rural area and set up a platform of production and marketing to serve in the development of ecological , agricultural and forestry resources .
