Well Im stuffed so unfit its shocking those walks aint helping me Bunj old mate! Anyway was a good first meeting crowd was huge. Apart from someone stealing my stalls (dont have nominated horse stalls here its free for all) It was a good day.

Why The Long Face ran equal 6/7th but we honestly thought he had come 7th other horse 6th. No biggy $150 for going around. He didnt load to well, we asked the barrier staff twice to have 2 people behind him link arms and he will go in. They didnt relise it was that race and forgot, evenutally worked it out and he went in no worries. Jock came back said his a cunning old p*ick just before they jumped he left on the side of the barrier stalls and missed the kick. Burnt a bit to catch up but didnt flog him as he was no chance from that far over 1200. Run did hem well though.

Filibeg ran a very good race dont know his placing (yes Im a bad strapper!) Will check one WATC update the site. Other half sleep so cant check jumped well after we told he cant jump and drops out. He dropped out real quick and ran home strong but is mainly 1 pace plugger. Blew up a bit so the race will do him well thats for sure.

Was a leaders winning track all day and it very rarely one of those.

Electric Shock At Port Hedland

RWWA Stewards and RWWA Principal Investigator, Mr P.O'Reilly, conducted an inspection and search of stables located at the Thoroughbred Training Area situated on Shoata Road in South Hedland.

During the course of the search, Stewards discovered three electric devices, the use of which is not permitted in the care and training of horses.

An inquiry into this finding will be held at a time and date to be fixed.

Trainer Mr Terry Brennan and stablehand Mr C Bellette will be required to attend this inquiry.

Acting under the provisions of ARR.50 the five runners of trainer Mr Brennan entered for yesterday's Port Hedland meeting were scratched.

Saturday Morning we galloped Hosea as we brought him up to the track the stewards were at Terry's place. People everywhere, here we are walking a horses up in the jogger all saddled up would of looked odd lol I parked next to Terrys as right on the track so I could watch Hosea. They smashed a cars windows to get in as they couldnt find the keys. Hosea galloped well jockey is more impressed with him every ride and wants to ride him all the time track work lol

So bit of excitement up my end of the woods atleast it has nothing to do with us this time unlike that Aaron Yugovich. (we only owned horses at this stage)
