澳大利亚移民政策指南：9月起澳洲将实施新的计分方法

技术分 ：分为60，50，40 三个档次。
　　
年齡分：
　　Age　　　　　　　Points
　　18 to 29 years　　　30
　　30 to 34 years　　　25
　　35 to 39 years　　　20
　　40 to 44 years　　　15

偏远地区加分：待满两年 5分。
　　
配偶加分：配偶需要通过相关专业技术认证才能加这5分。
　　
额外加分：投资10w澳币 or澳大利亚相关工作经验 or 3级翻译证等語言加分；此项只能选一项 5分。
　　
亲属关系：如有亲戚是澳洲PR，公民，nz公民；额外15分加分。

7分-----------------------------------------------------25分
　　·a minimum score of IELTS 7.0 in each of the four components；or
　　·an equivalent level in an OET exam, where you sat an OET exam as part of your skills assessment.

6分-----------------------------------------------------15分
Competent English
　　·holding a passport from the United Kingdom (UK),United States of America (USA), Canada, New Zealand (NZ) or Republic ofIreland；or
　　·a minimum score of IELTS 6.0 in each of the four components；or
　　·an equivalent level in an OET exam, where you sat an OET exam as part of your skills assessment.

5.5分---------------------------------------------------15分
Concessional competent English if the applicant has applied for a Skilled – Regional Sponsored (subclass 475 or 487) visa
　　·an average band score of IELTS 5.5; and
　　·fee payment for English language tuition in participating State or Territory.

5分（FOR TRADE PERSON）---------------------------------15分
Vocational English，if applicant has trade occupation
　　·a minimum score of IELTS 5.0 in each of the four components.

Under the new Points Test, applicants can claim 10 points where theyhave recently completed a total of at least 12 months skilledAustralian work experience. To be eligible for these points you musthave been working in a paid position and at a skilled level in yournominated occupation or in a closely related occupation on the SkilledOccupation List (SOL).

过去48个月内有参加12个月的professional year培训---------10分
Alternatively, you can claim 10 points where you have completed aprofessional year specified by the Minister. Professional developmentcourses acceptable for migration purposes will be available on theDepartment’s website closer to the implementation date.


澳洲本地学历：

博士学位------------------------------------------------25分
The applicant has met the requirements for award of a doctorate byanAustralian educational institution as a result of a course of study:

　　·of at least two years
　　·undertaken while the applicant was present in Australia
　　·for which all instruction was conducted in English.

符合以下3种情况，在澳洲有3年学历经历--------------------15分
To be eligible for 15 points, applicants must complete a total of three years study in Australia that has resulted in the applicant completing:

　　·a Bachelor degree and a Masters degree;　or
　　·a Bachelor degree and Honours (at least second class (division 1));　or
　　·a Bachelor degree with Honours (at least second class (division 1)).

Any applicant who has an Australian degree, diploma or trade qualification and who meets the two year study requirement will continue to be eligible for five points.

符合15分的三种情况：
1.The applicant has undertaken study for a period totalling at least three years, during which the applicant:

　　·met the requirements for award of a masters degree, by an Australian educational institution as a result of a course of study:
　　　－of at least one year
　　　－undertaken while the applicant was present in Australia
　　　－for which all instruction was conducted in English
　　·met the requirements for award of an undergraduate degree byanAustralian educational institution as a result of a course of study:
　　　－of at least one year
　　　－undertaken while the applicant was present in Australia
　　　－for which all instruction was conducted in English.

2.The applicant has undertaken study for a period totalling at least three years, during which the
applicant:

　　·met the requirements for award of an honours degree (secondclass(division 1) level or above), by an Australian educationalinstitutionas a result of a course of study:
　　　　－of at least one year
　　　　－undertaken while the applicant was present in Australia
　　　　－for which all instruction was conducted in English
　　·met the requirements for award of an undergraduate degree byanAustralian educational institution as a result of a course of study:
　　　　－of at least one year
　　　　－undertaken while the applicant was present in Australia
　　　　－for which all instruction was conducted in English.

3.The applicant has met the requirements for award of anundergraduatedegree with honours (second class (division 1) or above)by anAustralian educational institution as a result of a course of
study:

　　·of at least three years
　　·undertaken while the applicant was present in Australia
　　·for which all instruction was conducted in English.


职业紧缺分：

符合以下条件的职业紧缺分-------------------------------20分
The applicant’s nominated skilled occupation is a migration occupation in demand; and The applicant:
　　·has been employed in that skilled occupation, or a closely related skilled occupation for a period
totalling at least 12 months in the 48 months immediately before the day on which the application was made
　　·has an offer of full-time employment in that occupation, or acloselyrelated skilled occupation, in an organisation that had at least10full-time employees at all times in the 24 months immediatelybeforethe day on which the application was made.

符合以下条件的职业紧缺分-------------------------------15分
　　·The applicant’s nominated skilled occupation is a migration occupation in demand; and
　　·The applicant has been employed in thatskilledoccupation, or a closely related skilled occupation, for aperiodtotalling at least 12 months in the 48 months immediately beforetheday on which the application was made.

Can I use the same period of skilled work experience to get points for Australian Work Experience/specific work experience/MODL?

Yes. If you have worked in a MODL occupation in Australia for a totalofat least 12 months you may claim both MODL and Australianworkexperience points.

If you have worked in a MODL occupation in Australia for a total ofatleast three years you may claim MODL and Australian work experienceandspecific work experience points.

If you have worked in your nominated occupation in Australia foratleast three years you may claim Australian work experience andspecificwork experience.

What are the pass and pool marks for the new visa subclasses?

The Minister is currently considering the settings for the new pass and pool
marks and the website will be updated once a decision is taken.

　　
必须120分以上才有资格递交申请，否则不予受理！

不是60分专业的很难移民，即使是60分专业还得要额外加分中的一项和 IELTS 6.0以上。

更新：2005年11月1日开始，所有母语非英语的国际学生都需要提供1年以内的IELTS成绩。2006年10月1日移民法出了個説明，如果提交Vocational english IELTS成績不是必須的，但是很多移民官仍然要求提供IELTS成績。

澳大利亚新的移民政策将在2007年9月1号执行
