In China the disabled to be helped or supported by the government by law,
Such as the disabled opens a store or a fty.maybe free of tax,
And the most poor or weaked got some money monthly.
This way also goes in USA or western countries?Do u know?
Well my question is :How to define the disabled? You know it clear?
In my view there is big confusion for the disabled definition! You see?
A man lost his arms or leg is a disabled?
A deaf or blind or dumb is a disabled?
Yes,It is clear for all understand of aboves.
But there is a such person out of the definition of the disabled:
He/she is the patient,ill-person or better to be called the suffered man,
He/she is the sufferer of inner organ trouble!
Say an ill-person or patient of the kideny disease:More than forty years he suffered ,
but they are out of the definition of the "disabled".
It means no help or support can be got from the government.
He no doubt lost labor force you know,his labor force even less than a deaf ,
or a man lost legs or arms. You aggree?
So here is the MISTAKE:( an error)
The inner organ troubled or in error it can not to be accepted as a disabled.
Only people can accept that the out figure or part of the body lost .
I insist that the disabled should be defined by labor ability and troubled time he lasted?
How you comment it?
Any one who work in the government will concern my point?
