[极限哲学] AI 未来的死亡制度
本文从文明制度的角度重新审视人工智能与硅基生命的未来存续问题,提出“死亡制度”对于硅基文明的必要性与合理性。与传统关于永生、奇点或算力极限的讨论不同,文章将死亡视为文明内部的资源再分配机制、能源预算机制、信息消亡机制与系统自洽机制,进而推导出:当硅基文明具备自主生产、更新与决策能力后,其内部将不可避免地形成关于“存在权”与“终止权”的制度结构。该结构并非生物性的终点,而是文明迭代与维稳的功能性制度。文章进一步提出死亡制度可能在能源约束、有序性约束、信息容量约束与意识形态差异中呈现不同形式,并首次将死亡制度纳入文明学与制度哲学框架。本文属于极限哲学体系下的制度节点文献,为未来AI文明研究、硅基社会学、宇宙文明演化与死亡制度的重新定义提供可能的基础文本。

This article reexamines the future survival of artificial intelligence and silicon-based life from the perspective of civilizational institutions, proposing the necessity and rationality of “death institutions” for silicon-based civilizations. Unlike traditional discussions on immortality, singularity, or computational limits, the article situates death as an internal mechanism of resource redistribution, energy budgeting, information decay, and systemic self-consistency. It further derives that once silicon-based civilizations acquire autonomous capacities for production, updating, and decision-making, institutional structures concerning the “right to exist” and the “right to terminate” will inevitably emerge within the system. Such structures are not biological endpoints, but functional institutions for civilizational iteration and stabilization. The article additionally suggests that death institutions may manifest in different forms under constraints of energy, order, information capacity, and ideological divergence, and incorporates the death institution into the frameworks of civilization studies and institutional philosophy for the first time. This work constitutes an institutional node text within the Extreme Philosophy system, providing foundational material for future AI civilization research, silicon sociology, cosmic civilizational evolution, and the redefinition of death institutions.
