苑眉斑竹的翻译很精彩，原诗很精练、但太悲观，万事都有阴阳、正负两面：

潮起潮落，世间万物都有这样的过程和经历。

假以时日，破碎的浪涛再次积聚

必将——

形成另一次更汹涌的浪涛
