《連日陰雨戲作寄興一律》Writing a Poem As Raining for Days


霈霖霢霢霧雰雰﹐Raining hard and heavy, looking misty and foggy
淫瀑滂沱濁潦深。It’s pouring like waterfall with deep muddy poodles below
蔌蔌蒼苔落蓓蕾﹐Buds after buds fall on the emerald moss
紛紛絲縷織綠紋。Green rippling woven on the water surface
漸淹溝洫汙泥滑﹐The gutters overflowed and muddy ground slippery
宜守家宅宵宴賓。A time fit to have guests for a feast at home
酺酢酣醺酌醑醁﹐Getting drunk with wine when toasting each other
性懷慷慨怡愫情。All are of a generous character, with contented feelings
